- Biography
I see my law career as an intersection of business, human relationships, advocacy, and the pursuit of justice. My early practice focused on labor and employment law and litigation. Workplace and insurance issues affect nearly every aspect of a person’s life – from financial security and professional identity to future opportunities. I am proud to help clients navigate some of the most difficult, high-stakes moments of their careers and their lives.
I graduated from Clark University with Departmental Honors in 2000, double-majoring in History and Political Science. I learned to gather facts and formulate arguments along the way. I realized that those skills were very well-suited to the legal profession. I obtained my Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Boston College Law School in 2004. Having been raised in Southern California and the Philippines, I soon found myself back in the Golden State.
My favorite part of being a lawyer involves the many opportunities I have to help people whose lives have been upended by an unfair decision. I want our clients to regain a sense of justice and believe they have a voice, value, and dignity that cannot be ignored. I enjoy legal analysis and formulating legal arguments from the facts at hand. As a writer at heart, spotting issues and determining which legal arguments are best suited to each client’s factual situation is something I thrive on.
My pursuit of fairness, solving real-life problems, and making a meaningful impact on individuals intersects perfectly with the team at the Law Offices of Scott Glovsky. My views align with Scott’s in that I never back away from a fight with a large corporation. I also appreciate the collaborative approach involved in being a member of the Law Offices of Scott Glovsky.
