Scott Glovsky of The Law Offices of Scott Glovsky filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Allison Kremer against Blue Shield of California for bad faith, unlawful business practices and breach of contract.
Ms. Kremer is suing Blue Shield for denying medically necessary ketamine infusion therapy and flector patch treatment for her CRPS. Allison has had no choice but to proceed with the ketamine infusion treatment on an out-of- pocket basis as it is the only treatment that has allowed her to live without debilitating pain.
